Distributions from the Fund will be used to provide need-based scholarships for undergraduate students in their sophomore year enrolled in the College of Engineering. It is the Donor’s intent to support students who are residents of Randolph County, North Carolina. If a Randolph County student is not available, second preference shall be given to students who are residents of North Carolina. College of Engineering
