Need and Merit based SCH to US citizen/permanent resident transfer students from a two year community college. First preference to Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE) students with a 3.25 GPA or higher; second preference to any student in College of Engineering with 3.25 GPA. College of Engineering.
