College of Engineering (Thompson)

The James Wayne and Mozelle Rose Thompson Memorial Scholarship was established on May 10, 2003. Mr. Billy Rose created this scholarship in memory of his brother-in-law and sister, James Wayne and Mozelle Rose Thompson. Mr. Billy Rose is an alumnus of NC State. He graduated in 1953 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 1955 with a master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
