Colonel Bert Kemp and Ms. Karin N. Linthicum

The Kemp Family Endowed Scholarship was established by retired Colonel Bert Kemp and Ms. Karin N. Linthicum.

Although Colonel Kemp only attended NC State for one year in the forestry program, he has a strong love for the Wolfpack. He received his BS in accounting from the University of Wyoming in 1947 and his MS in Statistics from Stanford University in 1963. He spent 28 years in the air force.
