Colonel William H. Breeze

Col. Breeze was a long-time member of the NC Agricultural Foundation Investment Committee, a 1942 NC State University graduate, and a farmer in Rougemont, NC. He and his wife gave this award to benefit students from Orange County, NC enrolled in a traditional four-year agricultural program in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at NC State University. In addition, priority is given to students with outstanding records in civic and community activities.
