Dr. Carm Parkhurst, Department Head of Department of Poultry Science

This scholarship was created to honor the distinguished teaching career of Dr. Carmen R. “Carm” Parkhurst by the Department of Poultry Science, friends, and colleagues of Dr. Parkhurst. Funding from this endowment is used to enhance the teaching and academic programs in the Department of Poultry Science in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at NC State and to provide scholarships to outstanding students entering a major in Poultry Science.
