Dr. E. Allen Foegeding

This scholarship was established by Dr. E. Allen Foegeding to remember and honor his wife, Dr. Peggy Foegeding. Dr. Foegeding was an internationally renowed teacher and researcher in the area of Food Microbiology. Her love and ability in teaching earned her awards nationally and within the Department of Food Science at North Carolina State University
