Frances Fuller

My husband was able to attend NC State on the GI Bill after his military service (US Army Signal Corps)._ We had discussed the idea of establishing a scholarship for deserving students from Randolph County._ After he passed away in 2009, I wanted to fulfill our mutual desire to “pay it forward.” This scholarship not only honors Allen and his fondness for NC State, but also keeps me connected to wonderful young men and women from our home county.
