In honor of Virginia Stuart Easter

We, William T. Easter & Mary J. Easter, established this scholarship to memorialize and honor my late sister, who was tremendously supportive of my efforts to obtain a degree in electrical engineering. She was 14 years older than I, and unfortunately had limited opportunity for education beyond high school.
