In Memory of Dr. Foil W. McLaughlin

This fellowship endowment was established in memory of Dr. Foil W. McLaughlin by his family, friends, and associates. Dr. McLaughlin was a Professor of Crop Science and Director of the North Carolina Crop Improvement Association. He made many contributions to the seed industry during his career. Awards from this endowment are made to meritorious graduate students in the Departments of Crop Science and Horticultural Science with an interest in plant breeding. This scholarship falls under the NC Seedsmen’s Association group of awards.
