WithersRavenel was established by H.E. “Tony” Withers III and Sam Ravenel in 1983. After over 30 years of positive consulting engineering and surveying services provided to our clients, we transitioned to a majority owned ESOP in 2014 whereby each eligible employee is an owner. The NC State ties continue with our existing leadership and we believe this scholarship not only gives us a chance to give back to NC State, but also allows us to assist a deserving student with obtaining a degree in civil engineering while benefiting our community and profession.
