Mr. J. Steve Browning

The Sarah L. Browning Scholarship in Civil Engineering was established in November 1999. Steve and Agnes Browning created this scholarship in memory of Mrs. Sarah L. Browning. Mr. Browning is an alumnus of NC State holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Browning started his own consulting Engineering firm in 1977 and taught part-time in the Civil Engineering Department at UNC-Charlotte beginning in 1967.
