Mr. & Mrs. A. Gordon Neville, Dr. Christopher Neville
Gordon Neville grew up on a dairy farm in Chapel Hill, NC and graduated from NC State in 1961 with a BS in Dairy Manufacturing and Agricultural Economics. He moved to Charlotte with his wife, Pat, to work for Foremost Dairy as a lab technician and plant supervisor. Pat and Gordon Neville were the first alumni couple to sign up for a Caldwell Scholarship in 1977 and they have continued to contribute to it, as well as, NC State’s Annual Giving Society over the years. This endowment was established to provide scholarships for undergraduate and/or Agricultural Institute students with first preference to students residing in Alamance, Chatham, or Orange counties who are majoring in traditional animal agriculture disciplines in the Department of Animal Science.
