Mr. & Mrs. James Lee Pendergrass

The NC Association of Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors, Inc. of Raleigh established this scholarship in memory of L. L. Vaughn. Professor Vaughn taught refrigeration and air-conditioning in the Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering department, as well as, serving ad Department Head in 1946, and Acting Dean of the School of Engineering from 1942 – 1945.
