Mr. Scott Shoulars

Dumaine Farms, which was established through a Trust created by Frederic C. Dumaine, created this scholarship to support improved agricultural production and scientific and educational purposes to benefit citizens of Rockingham County, North Carolina. The Trustees recognize education as a key to continued agricultural prosperity and wish to support Rockingham County students who study production and environmental issues related to Rockingham County agriculture. Recipients are selected by the scholarship committees in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the College of Natural Resources at NC State University.
