Mr. Tony Treadway, Ms. Ann Garner Riddle

Dr. Rushing is a faculty member in the Department of Food Science at NC State University. He is known as an advocate for university extension to the food processing industry in the southeast. He also served as Executive Director of the Southeastern Food Processor’s Association for several years and has been instrumental in building their support for students studying food science.
