Mr. Zach Nicholson
I was raised in Greensboro, North Carolina but have established roots and a growing family in East Texas. After graduating from NCSU as a Chemical Engineer in 2009 I went directly into industry. I found climbing the corporate ladder to be exhausting and empty. Through my faith I have come to see my time, skills, and resources as tools to be re-distributed. My hope for the scholarship recipient is that they seek to do the same.
Impact
While attending NCSU, I was a full time student and a part time research assistant, waiter, bartender and “athlete”. I was fortunate to receive small scholarships and am excited to extend the same generosity.
