This scholarship was established by the late Leonard Crouch and his wife, Frances, “because of the importance of the dairy and food industry to the welfare of people everywhere, and because there is an ever-increasing need for highly qualified professionals in the dairy and food industry, and because of their interest in encouraging young people for careers in the dairy and food industry.”
