Mrs. Mary Spain Border

This scholarship endowment was established by George and Gladys Spain as part of a matching gift program through the North Carolina Seedsmens Association. It is awarded to upperclassmen in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences who are interested in agronomic or technical agriculture. The purpose of the NCSA is to work closely with state and federal agencies, university and government programs, ag-related business, and the news media in promoting the interests of the seed industry.
