Ms. Susan E. Carter

Established by Ms. Susan E. Carter, the scholarship provides support to an outstanding student seeking a degree in Political Science and with a documented interest in International Affairs. Ms. Carter is a current member of the School of Political and International Affairs Advisory Board and was named the college’s Distinguished Alumna in 2010.
