Oscar S. Bleezarde - Ag Foundation

This scholarship was established through the will of the late Oscar S. Bleezarde, a native of New York. Mr. Bleezarde lived in Hendersonville, NC during the last fifteen years of his life following retirement as a telephone engineer with AT&T. He died in September 1984 and left funds in his will to establish a scholarship to recognize first year pre-veterinary students.
