Professional Construction Estimators Association Chapter 3

The Professional Construction Estimators Association of America, Inc., Chapter #3-Triangle Area established this scholarship in 1996 in memory of J. Kyle Cave. Mr. Cave is an alumnus of NC State, holding a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, class of 1970. He honored NC State by always being a good advocate of construction education, and also served as an excellent role model by the example of his career.
