Selection made on the basis of financial need and good scholarship. Preference given to those who have a sincere interest in small animal practice upon graduation. Place of residence will receive preference in the following order: (1) Alamance County residents; (2) resident of counties adjoining Alamance County; (3) any student who is a resident of North Carolina.
