To provide merit- and need based scholarships for students pursuing an undergraduate degree in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Preference will be given to students who are North Carolina residents. The Donor desires that when awarding this scholarship special consideration be given to students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents
