Bobby L. Barnes Family Scholarship

To provide merit-based scholarships for undergraduate students within the College of Engineering with an overall GPA of 3.0 or above. First preference shall be given to students who are underrepresented in the NC State undergraduate student body population in the COE with second preference given to students with demonstrated financial need.
