C. Grier Beam Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Mr. C. Grier Beam to benefit students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Priority consideration is given to Poultry Science majors and students from Mecklenberg County (NC) or Gaston County (NC).
Requirements

• Demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA
• Maintain full time enrollment (minimum 12 credit hours per semester)
• Be enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
• Remain in an undergraduate program pursuing first undergraduate degree
• Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress
  Conditions
• Receipt of a major university award may impact eligibility for this award
• Total financial aid, including this scholarship and any “outside” awards, may not exceed the cost of attendance
• Recipients meeting the requirements listed above are given priority consideration for funding for the next academic year
