Must be majoring in either Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Preference is given to US citizens or permanent residents,students with demonstrated financial need.and students who have a disciplinary focus in either water, wastewater, storm water, or water resources.
