William W. and Teresa B. Fleming Scholarship Endowment

Provides awards to students within the College of Sciences pursuing a degree in physics, mathematics, statistics, biological sciences or chemistry. Students must demonstrate financial need. Preference shall be given to students who are maintaining a minimum of a B average, who reside in either North Carolina or Virginia, and who are United States citizens or permanent residents. Awards may be given to incoming freshmen, transfer students, or to current undergraduate students. Awards shall be for one academic year and may be renewable based on specific criteria being met; the student will be informed of the criteria when the original award is made. College of Sciences
