Need-based scholarships for students pursuing undergraduate degree in the College of Education. Preference given to students who meet one or more of following criteria with greater preference given to students who meet a greater number of criteria: a) Students who are from the 1st generation in their family to attend college. b) Students who have a demonstrated interest in the Hispanic heritage. Examples of demonstrated interest may include, but are not limited to, students’ coursework and involvement in student organizations. c) Students who are North Carolina residents.
