Carolinas Community College Transfer Scholarship Endowment

First preference will be given to students who matriculate from a community college in South Carolina.
Second preference will be given to students who matriculate in from a formalized agreement with a partnering North Carolina community college.
Third preference will be given to students who matriculate in from any community college located in North Carolina.
