Harry Family Veterinary Externship Endowment

Funding to support DVM students’ extramural studies as a first- through third- year selective or fourth-year clinical externship. The purpose of this clinical externship is to allow students to, under the direction of a faculty mentor, either design a learning program as a selective or elective within a focus area, or as part of a fourth-year rotation. These funds will provide students exposure to hands-on learning experiences in small and large animal practices, laboratories, and other study environments that provide experiences to compliment the DVM curriculum.
