Dr. Hou-min and Anne Chang Endowed Scholarship

Distributions from the fund will be used to provide need-based scholarships for students pursing an undergraduate degree in PSE. Preference will be given to students who reside in rural NC as determined by the NC Rural Economic Development Center, currently defined as Tier 1 and Tier 2 Counties. Award is renewable for recipients in counties whose designations by the NCREDC have changed. One student per academic year.
