Steagall Family Outstanding Achievement Scholarship

The scholarship was established by Darrell and Patricia Steagall Family Foundation.

Eligibility Requirements:
-Must be a graduate of one of the following Gastonia, NC high schools: Ashbrook High School. Forestview High School, Highland School of Technology, Stuart W. Cramer High School, Hunter Huss High School, or from the Eden, NC Morehead High School.
-Maintain full time enrollment of at least 12 credit hours per semester
-Maintain satisfactory academic progress
-Maintain a 3.00 Cumulative GPA
-Remain in an undergraduate program pursuing your first degree
-You may not be eligible to receive another award of $5,000+ in conjunction with this award
-Demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA
-Be an alumni of one of the high schools listed above

Condition
-Receipt of a major university award may impact eligibility for this award
-Total financial aid, including this scholarship and any"outside"award, may not exceed the cost of attendance
