Joseph Leff (National Spinning) Scholarship

Provide need-based scholarship for students pursuing an undergraduate degree in the Wilson College of Textiles. Preference will be given as follows:
- First preference will be given to students who reside in Beaufort, Columbus, or Catawba counties in North Carolina
- Second preference will be given to students who reside in rural North Carolina counties, currently defined as Tier 1 and Tier 2 as determined by the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center.
