Lexie L. Ray Scholarship

Lexie L. Ray Scholarship: This scholarship was established in 1983 by Mrs. Nell Ray in honor of her husband, Lexie Ray, a 1932 alumnus of NC State University in Agricultural and Extension Education. The scholarship is intended for students who demonstrate high academic merit and financial need.

Eligibility Requirements:
-Maintain full time enrollment of at least 12 credit hours per semester
-Maintain satisfactory academic progress (https://studentservices.ncsu.edu/your-degree/academic-progress/)
-Demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA (apply by the University priority deadline annually)
-Remain in an undergraduate program pursuing your first degree
Condition
-Receipt of a major university award may impact eligibility for this award
-Total financial aid, including this scholarship and any"outside"award, may not exceed the cost of attendance
