Endowment shall be used to provide awards to one ore more students who pursing an undergraduate or graduate degree in COS. Merit with need. The college has the discretion to use this award for recruiting undergraduate students, for upper level undergraduates in good standing, or for new or continuing graduate students according to the priority established by the Dean. It is the donor’s intent that this fellowship be used to recruit and retain good students with potential who are often overlooked in the awards process for students with the highest test scores and academic rankings.
