Harshaw Scholarship

This scholarship was established from the will of Mr. Henry Mercer Harshaw, who was an alumnus of NC State University in Electrical Engineering. The award is intended for residents of Cherokee County, North Carolina. We are delighted to recognize you with this scholarship and wish you much success in your studies at NC State University.

Eligibility Requirements:
-Must be a resident of Cherokee County
-Must maintain full time enrollments of at least 12 credit hours per semester
-Remain in an undergraduate program pursuing your first degree
-Maintain satisfactory academic progress (https://studentservices.ncsu.edu/your-degree/academic-progress/)
Condition
-Receipt of a major university award may impact eligibility for this award
-Total financial aid, including this scholarship and any"outside"award, may not exceed the cost of attendance
