Rudolph Carl Ellis 4-H Scholarship

This award requires academic merit with consideration for financial need, participation in 4-H with participation in Agricultural, horticultural or animal science projects, with priority to incoming freshmen. First preference is to 4-H members from Cumberland County or a county within the south-central district of NC. Second preference to 4-H members from any NC county. College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
