To provide scholarships for undergraduate students enrolled in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering within the College of Engineering at NC State. Awards shall be made to one or more students by the Dean of the College of Engineering, or his or her designee, in accordance with the established procedures for awarding merit, with need as a consideration, scholarships.
