Billy Carter Cotton Leadership Scholarship

For students who have graduated or transferred from the Ag Institute or a NC Community College and continuing education at NCSU in a Crop and Soil Sciences degree; Preference for awards: students whose parents are employed in the cotton industry and have a GPA of 2.75 or higher. Recipients will be presented at the NC Cotton Producer Association annual meeting and a CALS event each year. College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
