Must serve on Agri-Life Council and demonstrate academic achievement and genuine interest in leadership and desire to serve community. Recipient will be eligible for opportunities through the General H. Hugh Shelton Leadership Center. Must demonstrate academic merit. College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
