Must demonstrate Merit and financial need(deciding factor) and be enrolled in Ag or Forestry within CALS or CNR. First preference to transfer students from Richmond Community College. Second preference Richmond County-NC resident. Third preference a NC resident. College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
