Harley Family Endowed Scholarship in Paper Science and Engineering

Awards from this endowment shall be used to provide merit based scholarships for students pursuing an undergraduate degree in PSE. Preference will be given to students who reside in rural NC counties as determined by the NC Rural Economic Development Center, currently defined as Tier 1 and Tier 2 counties.
