Dr. Bennie Flint King & The Wall Scholarship

Provide need-based scholarships for students pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Preference will be given to students who meet one or more of the following criteria, with greater preference given to students who meet a greater number of the criteria:
a) Students who have previously received a degree from North Carolina State University.
b) Students who reside in rural North Carolina counties as determined by the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center, currently defined as Tier 1 and Tier 2 counties.
Awards will be determined by the Dean, or their designee, in accordance with the established procedures for awarding need-based scholarships.
