Deborah Bell and Gary Young Scholarship

To provide scholarships to one or more undergraduate students in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering (CCEE) in the College of Engineering who have a GPA between 2.6 and 3.2. Preference shall be given to first-year students who have declared intention to enroll in the CCEE Department.

It is the donors desire that this award supports students who are underrepresented in the NC State undergraduate student body population in the College of Engineering and who are interested in, or have participated in, organizations such as Women and Minority Engineering Programs and/or National Society of Black Engineers.
