Fay and Michael Hoggard Scholarship Endowment

The Donors are establishing this Fund to provide support for need- based undergraduate scholarships for students pursuing a degree in the Poole College of Management. It is the Donors’ preference that, to the extent permitted by law and NC State policy, priority be given to students as follows: a) First preference to students who are residents of Guilford County. b) Second preference to students who reside in economically distressed counties, currently defined as tier 1 and tier 2 counties, as determined by the North Carolina Department of Commerce.
