Harley Family Endowed Scholarship in Paper Science and Engineering

Distributions from the Fund will be used to provide merit-based scholarships for students pursuing an undergraduate degree n Paper Science and Engineering. Preference will be given to students who reside in rural NC counties as determined by the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center, currently defined as Tier 1 & Tier 2 counties.
