Neill Grading and Construction Engineering Scholarshp

To provide support for undergraduate scholarships for students pursuing a degree in construction engineering. It is the Donor’s preference that, to the extent permitted by law and NC State policy, priority be given to students as follows:
a) First preference to students who reside in Catawba County.
b) Second preference to students who reside in Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, Gaston, Iredell or Lincoln counties.
