Coutcher ROTC Scholarship

This scholarship is intended to provide scholarship award(s) for student(s) participating in the Navy or Marine Corps ROTC programs

Eligibility Requirements:
- Full-time students for the duration of the award and be classified as sophomores, juniors, or seniors, or rising into those class years, upon the granting of the award.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Recipients must demonstrate a commitment to volunteer service locally, in their home community, or abroad.
- Preference should be given to students who have exhibited leadership abilities within the Naval or Marine ROTC programs.
- Preference should be given to students who demonstrate financial need.
