​General Hugh Shelton/Stephen Shane Fincher Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship will be used to provide need-based and merit-based cost of attendance scholarships to students participating in the Chancellor’s Leadership Development Program. Awards will be determined by the Director of the General H. Hugh Shelton Leadership Center, or his or her designee, for one academic year and may be renewable for one additional year. Preference for students enrolled in STEM disciplines and has established permanent residency in Cumberland County, NC
